Label Stock
Labels can be printed on a large variety of stocks depending on the quality or permanence of the labels. Stocks can be enviro-friendly produced from recycled paper or renewable product vegetable products such as corn based paper which is biodegradable. Stock is available in various weights and textures.
Polyester (synthetic stock) is available in various weights (gsm) and colours including transparent stock for see through labels. Metallic finish stock is available in a range of colours to enhance the appearance of the labels.
Where bottles or jars contain oil based products labels can be of a synthetic (polypropylene) type to avoid discolouration or ripping; also a laminate can be applied to the stock to protect the paper, the print and graphics.
